Steins Gate has pretty unique way of presenting ways to diverge the story unlike the usual "choices appear on-screen" most visual novels do. So when it comes to VN's I like lots of choice and interaction even going as far as something like Sakura Wars which on top of constant interaction has frequent RTS battles. (I can already hear people pointing me to $80+ boxed sets of anime but I only pay a little over $20 a month for Netflix, Hulu, and Crunchyroll which for the most part cover just about any anime I could ever want to watch). While I've picked up 1 or 2 I usually feel my time would have been better spent watching an Anime or reading a Manga which tend to be cheaper and more fleshed out.
